Bangladesh celebrates Victory day anew this years, following two successive years of muted celebration under emergancy rule. A 21-gun salute at dawn will herald the day, followed by laying of wreaths at the National Memorial in Savar, led by the president, to commemorate those who gave their lives for independence….
